Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and extremely quiet with great customer service. While the price was a bit high, the convenience for a stopover was acceptable. The presence of a lot of firefighters created a unique atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again as one of the best hotels in Trinidad. Although lacking fridges or microwaves in the rooms, the lobby had everything needed, including plenty of free ice.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, extremely comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The customer service was outstanding, making me eager to return. Definitely one of the best hotels in Trinidad. Although there were no fridges or microwaves in the rooms, everything you might need is available in the lobby, including plenty of free ice. On the downside, there was a noticeable noise during the night that sounded like a running generator.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The pet rooms were clean and comfortable, but the overall atmosphere felt dingy and had an 'old' smell. The east-facing room was bright past sunrise, which was a downside. The service was excellent, especially in resolving computer and printer issues. The location in the downtown area of Trinidad was perfect for us, offering a great view of Trinidad Lake State Park. The dining options were limited, but the biscuits were tasty. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
